in april this year, binho ribeiro, a famous brazilian street artist, was arrested in sao paulo for painting without permission on the columns supporting the metro passage of cruzeiro do sul in the northern of sao paulo. after this, binho and a group of urban artists in the area decided to file a reclamation project and beautification of the area through urban art to the ministry of culture.
